If a Smart Vision Exam status transitions to “Patient RFI Sent”, you have the ability to assist the patient by providing more information to the doctors, typically in the form of a picture of an old glasses or contact lens prescription.
Follow the steps below:
- Click on the “Document” icon
- Follow the prompt from the popup window to assist in moving the exam forward in a timely manner.
- Only one picture can be uploaded.
- Once uploaded, the status will go to “Patient RFI Complete”
